Can filler be used on a nose with an existing rib graft?

Putting rib on existing rib can be tricky. It may be better to remove the rib graft that is in now and replace it with another larger rib graft. You can use filler on a revised nose with a rib graft but you have to be very careful. There is a greater chance of filler compromising the circulation to the skin envelope with this scenario. The filler can go just below the skin or on the deep structure of the nose depending on how deep the needle is placed.
