I'm only 21, and my under eyes are only getting worse and worse. I feel my eyes are making my look way older than what I am. I'm open to anything I can do to get maximal results.
Answer: Deep, sunken under eyes at 21 Based on these photos it seems that your major underlying condition is small cheek bones, malar hypoplastia; it contributes to an early presentation of deep, sunken eyes, early tear traught, and small fat compartments visible above it. This condition can be treated with transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty and augmentation of the cheek bones with implants or fat grafts. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this procedure is recommended. In the same time you should be evaluated for potential droopy eyelids, a condition known as eyelid ptosis. Good luck.

Answer: Consider An HA Filler Cheek Augmentation For Creating A More Oval Face & Diminishing Under-Eye Hollows The upper cheek regions are a major support for the under-eye areas, and when there is a volume deficit in the upper cheeks a woman can lose both the desirable oval, heart-shaped face, as well as suffer from the development of under-eye hollows and tear troughs. A nonsurgical filler cheek augmentation using a robust HA volumizing filler, therefore, can contour a more feminine, oval face and secondarily improve the under-eyes. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Best of luck.

Answer: Dr Paweł Szychta I understand how frustrating it can be to feel like your under-eye area is aging faster than the rest of your face, especially at 21. Under-eye concerns like dark circles, hollowness, puffiness, and fine lines can make you look older or more tired than you are. Thankfully, there are many treatments, both non-invasive and surgical, that can help rejuvenate the under-eye area and provide dramatic results.Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who specializes in under-eye treatments to get a personalized treatment plan. They can assess whether your concerns are due to hollowness, skin laxity, pigmentation, or fat pockets and recommend the best combination of treatments. Start with non-invasive treatments if you’re unsure about surgery. Fillers, Botox, and lasers offer great results with minimal downtime, and you can always explore surgical options later. At 21, your skin still has a lot of collagen and elasticity, so treatments like fillers, Botox, and lasers can be incredibly effective at rejuvenating the under-eye area and giving you a refreshed, youthful appearance.
