After multiple +/-100lbs weight loss adventures during the last 15 years, it was time to correct my overstretched and saggy body bits. I had 6 consults with various plastic surgeons, all recommended something a bit different than the other. Dr Sawan was straightforward with his recommendation, and I appreciated it. So, after much research, I chose Dr Sawan (he was recommended to me initially by a nurse that sees the work of several surgeons at Summit Medical Facility, so that gave an added boost of confidence in my choice). I had a lower body lift (360 tummy tuck), breast lift with augmentation (implants), Lipo, and fat transfer to the bum. I’m 12 days post op now. My incisions are perfectly straight, my tummy is flawless, my belly button is adorable, these tatas are perfection, and my butt is wrinkle-free and so plump! I was very reluctant to proceed with the fat transfer, but my goodness, I’m so glad I listened to the doc. My butt is my favorite thing!! Dr Sawan is a “to the point” kinda guy, just expect it. But he’s pretty dang funny when you least expect it. And he KNOWS what he’s doing. His YouTube videos were helpful for me as well. My recovery has been so much easier than is expected (I bought a Walker and all kinds of unnecessary stuff that I returned to Amazon already). I made dinner the last 3 nights, I’m doing household chores and helping the kids with homework. I quit my pain meds around day 5. Side note; Summit Medical Center is absolutely fantastic. My husband says it’s like staying at a hotel, lol. The nurses are beyond helpful. I’m completely over the moon with my decision to get the plastics!
Everything was perfect. The staff is great and they always meet my needs. Dr. Sawan is very good at what he does. I am so happy with my 360. I'm doing a thigh lift and can't wait to see the results. I will post again soon.
Great communication- took time to listen and address all my questions and concerns. Excellent results with multiple procedures. Highly recommend. 360 lift, breast lift, thigh lift, arm lift, lipo, fat transfer
It's been several years since my breast augmentation... and I still think "I am so lucky to have gotten an amazing surgeon!" Impeccable bedside manner and talent. He has since moved locations from what I understand. Based on the results I had several years ago, I can only imagine the continued expertise he has gained in his surgical skills and artistic talent. I did not want anything that was too obviously "done." Anyone who is made aware that I have had a BA often comments with surprise and curosity at the tasteful aesthetic that I do not appear disproportionate, "fake," or "unnatural." Dr. Sawan was aware of my desire to have results that would not scream "augmented" and was careful to preserve this throughout our consultation process. 3 kids later and my breasts have grown 4-5 cup sizes with the same waist measurement. I'm confident that because of his skill is the reason I am not experiencing the atrophic and misshapen physiologic effects from pregnancy to the same degree I otherwise would. I'm saddened that I no longer live in the state to return to him for continued care. I do not have pictures to share but I can say that I somehow made it on his website. It tickles me that my breasts are pseudo-famous and I'm still happy with the results despite life changes and an extra 30 lbs! If that's not a testament to his work, I'm not sure what is! Updated on 13 Sep 2022: Breast implants holding strong! Beautiful projection maintained. Unfortunately, I developed a little bit of migration to midline on my left which I'm debating getting corrected. Uncertain because it is so mild. Will be relying on my local surgeon options in Scottsdale for consultation as my job prevents me from pursuing a consultation with Dr. Sawan in Oklahoma.
Had a 360 body lift plus lipo and fat transfer like a BBL along with a breast lift and augmentation. I’m 46 and have had a previous 100lb Wright loss. I stayed overnight at OU surgical center as received amazing care from the staff. Dr Sawan is MAGIC with his skills I look amazing.
I’ve wanted a boob job ever since I was 16. I just want to feel more womanly and proportionate with my wide hips and shoulders. I am 5’8 130lbs. Already went through consultations and have scheduled my surgery for August 21, 2018 I’ll be having my procedure done with Dr Kamal Sawan! I can’t wait! Updated on 12 Aug 2018: Updated on 21 Aug 2018: Surgery went well. I was incredibly nervous but had a really great staff taking care of me. Not too much pain, they just feel like giant, tights balloons. Hoping to be off pain meds ASAP 400cc mod profile plus (L) 425cc high profile (R) Updated on 21 Aug 2018: So far I’ve only been taking the muscle relaxant and half a norco. They have been doing really well and I’m not in any sharp pain. Just sore and tight. I was able to start walking around by the evening time, without any problems. Definitely not as bad of a recovery as some others say it is. Updated on 22 Aug 2018: They are sooo tight, feels like they will pop! But I’m already loving how they look. Still taking minimal pain meds. Ice packs are the best!! I think I’ll have nice cleavage once the drop and fluff! Updated on 22 Aug 2018: Barely squish-able Updated on 23 Aug 2018: They are feeling much better and not so tight as yesterday. Little concerned about this red mark in between my breast as. Really hoping I’m not getting stretch marks! Any recommendations for stretch mark cream and scar creams? Updated on 24 Aug 2018: When will the tightness and heaviness go away?! The right one needed a bigger implant and higher profile due to asymmetry. It definitely is the problem child. It’s extra heavy and tight and I can’t seem to get it in comfortable position. Updated on 28 Aug 2018: Finally feeling more like myself. My boobs aren’t constantly swollen and painful anymore. They do swell up and hurt when I get up and get moving. They are still sitting up high but I feel like they are healing nicely! Soooo ready to be in normal bras and for the “drop and fluff”! Updated on 28 Aug 2018: I’m one week post op and I was trying to find a more flattering bra than the one given to me by the hospital. I was having zero luck, because all the bras don’t fit me right yet and my boobs were too painful. THEN I found this bra at Soma. It’s the Enbliss Wireless Bralette. It’s amazing. SO SOFT. It provides compression and support while feeling sooooo comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone recovering or not. Definitely not good for the first days of recovery because there is no front zipper. But once you can move your arms and body better, it’s a must. $50 Updated on 4 Sep 2018: So my boobs are starting to feel normal again. They only ache in the morning usually. My skin is SUPER sensitive though. It’s obvious my nerves are coming back and they are still healing. I can sleep on my side again without much discomfort. They are getting more squishy but still have a ways to go. MY right boob has definitely dropped before my left one. Hoping it’ll catch up soon! Updated on 23 Sep 2018: It’s been a month and my breast still look the same as the two week photo. Really hoping my left one will drop soon Updated on 26 Sep 2018: I had my first sizing at VS and I was sized at a 32DD! So fun getting to try on bras and actually fit! Updated on 27 Sep 2018: Here are some pics of my new bra and full body pics to see how the implants fit my body! Updated on 29 Oct 2018: Unfortunately I’ve noticed that my breast are getting more and more uneven. They look dramatically different more so in photos than in person. But I believe that my right breast has bottomed out. My surgeon is out of state so it’s been hard getting advice on what to do. He finally took a look at my photos and agreed something doesn’t look right. I’ll be going in to see him as soon as I am able to. Updated on 15 Jan 2019: I have my breast revision scheduled for March 7! My dr said I have a “double bubble” on my right side which is why my nipple points more upwards. Looking forward to correcting this! Here are some current photos. The difference in my breasts aren’t noticeable unless you are looking at them straight on, so you won’t be able to tell in these photos. Updated on 13 Mar 2019: So I had my surgery to fix my implant that fell too low. They aren’t 100% even but I think they look great! So happy I went and got them fixed. I also had my old scars cut out, so I’m hoping they heal better this time.
Just had surgery 2 days ago with Exparel and let you tell this has been the easiest surgery I’ve ever had. My Dr. has developed some techniques through the years that apparently make a huge difference in recovery. I’ve had very little pain medication and other than major soreness I’ve had little pain. I stayed overnight and was up and walking 3-4 hours after surgery. Also walked a lot yesterday after I got home. Today is my second full day after surgery and I woke up feeling great after a good nights sleep.Barring any unforeseen complications I think this is going to be a pretty easy recovery. I am close to seventy years old and have lost the same 15 to 20 lbs numerous times causing loose skin. I started working out about 6 years ago and it just didn’t look like it if you saw my middle . I workout about 10 hrs a week and have maintained my weight for about 5 years now. It was hard decision because none of my family thought I needed it because I camouflaged it so well in my clothes. Will post before and after pics soon. Updated on 9 Aug 2018: Went back for first post op visit yesterday and had 1 of 2 drains removed was able to drive myself as I’m off pain medication at this point. I was really close to getting both removed but wasn’t quite there on second drain. I am still doing great and feeling good. This has been so much easier than I anticipated and so far everything has gone smoothly. I have very little bruising and swelling and incision is healing well. I couldn’t be any happier with my results, what a difference! I can’t say enough about my Dr.’s expertise and talent! I highly recommend him , his staff is wonderful too. I go back next week and most likely will have second drain removed and can get into some fitted clothes! Updated on 19 Aug 2018: I haven’t posted in awhile because my recovery has been so non eventful. I’ve been back to the Dr. twice and each time had a drain removed. Didn’t feel a thing. I couldn’t be happier with my results, I will even be able to wear a two piece bathing suit! I highly recommend Dr. Sawan. He is a very skilled surgeon and couldn’t have made me look any better! And he also has a wonderful and very efficient staff. Everyone is so nice. And while not cheap the prices are very reasonable.
Pretty simple. Not much pain. Slept a lot. Went back to work after a week and a half. Very easy recovery! Most people have a lot more pain and problems with recovery than I did! I found it very easy and simple! Looking into a thigh lift now but afraid of the pain with that one. We will see! :) goodluck to everyone!
Dr. Sawan is not only a total professional, he has a humorous air about him that will put you at ease almost immediately...which for me was VERY comforting because I was running in the red zone of anxiety on my first visit!
I can't even tell you how great this surgeon is. He treats you with respect and has such a wonderful bedside manner. I have had several body procedures after weight loss surgery and I am thrilled with results of the the surgeries. Absolutely no complications. I have no regrets whatsoever using this Doctor who is so highly qualified and keeps your safety at the highest level! He is a class act in my books!!!
Due to weight loss, the volume in the Deep Medial fat pad is reduced, giving you the look of deep NL folds, a solution is to inject filler like Voluma or fat in the area it would help considerably.
The area under the eyes can appear dark and hollow due to many reasons, including :Familial particularly people with darker skin from melanin deposits, fragile capillaries allowing leakage and dark pigment, recurrent sinus infections, tiredness, and excessive use of computers or mobile devises.Depending on the cause, there are solutions that can address the area, sometimes, the injection if HA filler in the area by an expert can help the hollowing and hydration of the area. In general, adequate hydration to the area with proper moisturizer is important, adequate regular sleep pattern, and the use of serums containing vitamin K can help fragile capillaries in the area. we recommend a consultation with an expert and proper evaluation to tailor the best treatment for you.
In general, buccal fat removal is for fullness in the cheek to give you more contour; from your photo, I would not recommend it since you already have a defined cheek area, and removing the buccal fat will not benefit you.On the other hand, a mini facelift that addresses the mild jowling area might help if performed by an expert. Also, if the issue is mainly the turned-down angle of the mouth, a simple injection of Botox in the muscle responsible for that action might be enough. As always, seek professional opinion and consult with an expert.
The best treatment for the presentation is a skin graft to the left upper eyelid to allow the lid to close properly after a trial of a very low dose injection of knalog 10 that might help with the scarring-causing contracture. As for the Hallow look, Nano fat grafting by an experienced Plastic Surgeon or Oculoplastic surgeon might help. As always, it is recommended that proper medical consultation is sought for accurate evaluation.
it is possible to correct uneven abs however the results will depend on how long ago you had the procedure done and the method used. the correction can be done by trying to break down the scar formed in the area an injecting some fat in the area and itching the correct location. hope that helps
