Hi there! I (26yr F) had a chin implant procedure 4 years ago. I had a great experience and have been very happy with my results. However, over the past 6-8 months I've been experiencing what i thought was acne breakouts on my chin (painful red bumps - they look like pimples but are NOT and inflammation). The bumps are frequently right around the corners of my chin implant. I saw a dermatologist and they said it is a bacterial infection and prescribed antibiotics and a topical to treat. The

Hard to tell from the distorted pictures, but looks like one side of your chin is lower than the other side. Chin implants are also known to cause mentalis strain, which might be what you are experiencing. Your lower teeth show is relatively symmetric from what I can tell. I need to see profile...
A chin implant can be done after a genioplasty and an intra-oral approach can be used. The chin implant can be modified to correct the asymmetry or you may want to consider fat transfers.

A chin implant would help your projection. If you want to defeminize your face then you would benefit from a rhinoplasty. Your nasolabial lip angle is too great, it should be at 90 degrees for men.
