I had under eye blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and co2 laser under eyes. The skin under my eyes is still very loose and and healed unevenly with regard to wrinkles. Is there any thing that can help? It really bothers me… the asymmetry. I had no wrinkles at all prior to surgery and bags hidden due to filler. I thought bag removal was smarter per dr and now I have wrinkles everywhere.

You need a browlift. Your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim and they should be at the level of the orbital rim. This will make you look more younger and more awake.

It is unusual for swelling after upper blepharoplasty to last that long but not impossible. In same cases lymphatic drainage in the area is reason for much longer resolution of swelling after lower and upper blepharoplasty as well. Hope this helps.
