How can I treat loose skin under my eyes?

I had under eye blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and co2 laser under eyes. The skin under my eyes is still very loose and and healed unevenly with regard to wrinkles. Is there any thing that can help? It really bothers me… the asymmetry. I had no wrinkles at all prior to surgery and bags hidden due to filler. I thought bag removal was smarter per dr and now I have wrinkles everywhere.

You've had a lot already under the eyes, and the degree of crinkles, at least in the photos, appears to be not severe, so you might simply profit from a series of in-office superficial peels and at-home regular use of topical prescription anti-aging topicals. Superficial peels could include salicylic acid and glycolic acid in high concentrations, Jessner's Solution, and low strength TCA. At home Rx prescriptions include topical retinoids, & alpha hydroxyacids. A series of superficial peels supplemented my regular, daily application of the aforementioned at-home would seem a very reasonable and safe approach, particularly for someone who has already had much more aggressive procedures performed. You would be wise to consult with an experrienced board certified cosmetic dermatologist to explore these avenues further. Hope this helps and best of luck.

It is not uncommon to undergo a second CO2 resurfacing or a medium-depth chemical peel. Each time you undergo resurfacing, the skin gets a bit tighter. If you see the wrinkles more when you smile, that is an indication of dynamic wrinkles which are usually treated with neurotoxins.
