Options for sagging butt after Cellfina? (photos)

My board certified plastic surgeon performed cellfina and fat transfer to my dimples. Now my left butt cheek sags and it is very noticeable. I then paid him for BBL to try and fix it but no improvement. Can this be fixed?

You dont look like the best cellfina candidate. it is best for discrete dimples, you have more "waves" and volume loess. sculptra, fillers like radiesse and renuva, and to start RF treatments with trusculpt FLEX. Best, Dr. Emer.
