After closed rhinoplasty I have a hard lump at my tear duct? (Photo)

Hi I had closed rhinoplasty 4 weeks ago and everything is fine except I have a hard lump at my tear duck down the side of my noes it's very red and tended to touch! I am a professional dancer and was told I could be back to my normal routine in 2-3 weeks and so I did but I am now scared my active schedule has done damage ! Very worries can anyone advise me on what to do or what it is?
