I am a male, 6 ft 255lbs, 46 yrs old. I am active, lost 20 lbs in about 6-8months. I have a weird body shape with a muffin top and no butt. Looking to do liposuction on muffin top, upper and lower abdomen and pubic fat pouch. Is liposuction the way to go?

This will allow your Surgeon to tighten up your abdominal wall muscles and remove the extra skin. Liposuction would be great for the love handle area, but not sure it will get rid of the extra skin on the abdomen. If you choose to go with liposuction I would suggest a laser assisted liposuction which will help with skin retraction. I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more flatter abdomen by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
