NUDE PICTURES I recently lost a lot of weight (still have more to go) & had my second csection almost 4 months ago. My stomach is flabby now and I am interested in Lipo or a tummy tuck or preferably the BBL. What do you recommend?? Am I a candidate for BBL or do I need to lose more ?

Candidates for Buttock Augmentation surgery desire an enhancement in the buttock area to offer a more balanced, defined or shapelier contour to the body. There appears to be two different groups of patients seeking the procedure. One group of patients is younger and has goals of transforming their bodies into more curvaceous figures, like popular Hollywood stars, J. Lo or Beyonce Knowles. The other group of patients is women that have aged and would like to restore a more youthful backside with buttock fullness to replace now sagging areas. Best to be at a BMI less than 30 or within 10 pounds of your goal weight and stable at that weight for 6 months prior to surgery for optimal results.  You would see significant improvement in your contour and shape with a tummy tuck and liposuction.

Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Congratulations!  If you want a BBL, my preferred thinking is to do that first, and then at a later date perform a tummy tuck. This is a safe way of harvesting a lot of fat from the abdomen first to enhance your buttocks.

You should benefit having an abdominoplasty, full back ,waist liposculpture  and fat tranfer to butts.Here in Dominican Republic , we perform about 4 to 6 patients per week  for these combinations, which should give you the best results. Thank you for your question. Based on your photographs it would appear that you would achieve a significant improvement in your contouring. Fat transfer would improve the volume and correct irregularities and the tummy tuck would also significantly improve the contour to your abdomen. These procedures can be undertaken at the same time. In addition, fat harvesting from the hip areas would also achieved an increase in contouring as well. Yes, you are an excellent candidate for BBL. You have sufficient donor site fat. The beautiful thing about BBL is that it allows you to
lose fat from the areas where you have more than enough, while adding that same
fat to the areas where you do not have enough! That way both the donor and the
recipient sites improve. I have been doing buttock implant surgery for 20+
years with very nice results and few complications. Nonetheless, I do now
recommend BBL to patients who have sufficient donor site fat to achieve a
result that meets their expectations. I have found that we can transfer a much
greater volume of fat than the volume of implant that we can place into the
inter-muscular pockets that I use (beneath the Gluteus Maximus and above the
Gluteus Medius & Minimus muscles. In rare cases, we can even place an
implant at a later date to maximize volume. Fat can be placed throughout the
buttocks region while gluteal implants are used in the upper buttocks. I do not
place buttock implants where my patient would sit on them because that would
increase the risk of complications. Lastly, some patients think that if they
put on weight that we will get a better result. The problem is that if you then
lose that weight, the grafted fat will also likely be lost in proportion to
your weight loss. Good luck!
