I just had the procedure done this afternoon and found one side to be much larger then the other, also the butt is very hard to the touch. Can the asymmetry be fixed? This is so upsetting :( Also, will the butt get softer. Thank you in advence for time and responce, any input will help

You are still early in the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

You just had surgery, and it is not uncommon for one side to be a bit larger than the other.    If you have concerns, you should address them with your surgeon who just operated on you.  Hopefully the size discrepancy is not related to a hematoma.

You have less of 48 hours post op. Try to relax. You wont see results right away. You are swollen and will be more on the next days. I know is hard , but need to be pacience.
