I had one vial of sculptra spread throughout my face 6 weeks ago. I see the results and it looks great! I don't require anymore volume, but I don't want the volume to go away. Do I need to have a second session of sculptra for the results to last?

However, if you are concerned about the long-term benefits and investment, it becomes more challenging to speak to expected duration if you are not having more than 1 treatment. The two year plus duration is based upon a series of treatments. You may want to allow more time, being that it has only been six weeks, to determine if a second session in the next couple of months will benefit you to "top it off", so to speak to enjoy a long, appreciable outcome.
