Answer: Reversing Liposuction of Inner And Outer Thigh It is impossible to reverse liposuction but you can use fat or fillers to help improve irregularities or large contour defects and often other types of liposuction to camoflage or reshape the area. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Liposuction and Fat Grafting Hello,Liposuction can be "reversed" with fat grafting. It takes skill and experience to replace fat evenly to obtain smooth results. However, if you eat too much the fat cells that remain will enlarge. Since eating too much is not the ideal thing to do, if there is a real issue, fat can possibly be harvested from another area and injected into your liposuctioned area to fill it some.
