I have been to the doctors numerous times for different reasons. However, addressed my concern and obviously would possibly take surgery to do so. They didn’t really give that option to me as an option or even inform of this would be possible. However they gave me Botox to help with other complaints I had. Yet, this recessed portion of eye brows sticks out like a sore thumb for me. Others say it isn’t noticeable, but certain lighting it’s unbearable for me. I

What you have is an uncommon long vertical indentation between the brow bones that extends up into the forehead. The key question is whether this is caused by a bone or soft tissue deficiency or some combination of both. That would be instrumental in determining how to treat it. It would also be helpful to know how long it has been there. But treatments options are fundamentally going to come down to soft tissue injections (synthetic fill or fat) or a glabellar implant.
