Hello, I have an element of Hemifacial Microsomia which has affected my right eye socket by making it smaller so that my eyeball protrudes 2-3mm more than the left eye. I always feel terrible when I see my photos flipped (like this one) because I notice the asymmetry so much. I’ve done a lot of research and it seems like my only option is to have cosmetic orbital decompression done on the right eye. Is this the best course of action to fix this? Thanks
