Why is there still swelling where the incision was made for my orbital plate removal?

Thank you for your question. Without knowing exactly what was done during the surgery, it is hard to advise on the amount and duration of swelling. The lower eyes can hold on to swelling for longer than other parts of the face. I recommend making an appointment with your surgeon to further discuss.
