Hi , i have a bbl 6 yewrs ago. Since then ive had kids and my body so diffe now. My legs don’t and haven’t really ever matched my bbl and i was wond if there is a surgical fix to this? Can i get fat moved to my legs or any other suggestions?

Hi Daisey, Thank you for your question regarding whether you can get fat transferred to your thighs. Thank you for your history and your pictures. If you want bigger thighs, fat can be transferred to them. Would you want the fat transferred to the front, back, inner, or outer thighs? The main issue I see in your case is whether you have enough fat. Fat is usually taken from the abdomen for fat transfer procedures. However, it appears that most of your abdominal fat was taken for your BBL. There appears to be only minimal fat on your abdomen in the profile view. To achieve optimal fat transfer to your thighs, you may need to gain weight (if you truly lack fat). Another healthier option may just be to work out your legs more with squats and lunges. Good luck. Had a BBL patient come back to the OR seven years after her primary, three kids in, asking about thigh contouring. Same story as yours. Short answer is yes, fat grafting to the thighs is fair game years after a BBL, as long as you have a reasonable harvest site. Pregnancy and weight changes shift things around, so the fat compartments on your flanks, back, or abdomen may look very different than they did six years ago. It looks like you have enough fat in the trunk areas to transfer to the thighs.

You can graft fat to any part of the body that has sufficient tissue to graft fat into.
When I do a BBL, I almost always graft some fat to the outer thigh unless the outer thighs are already large.
The key is not to make a big round, but but to create a feminine S curve. 
I suggest you have a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community or follow up with the provider. Who did your BBL.
If you want an assessment, you should always include before and after pictures of your previous procedure.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
