Scar revision 2 years after thigh lift - what are the best options to fix this? (Photos)

I had my thigh lift surgery more than 2 years ago. A few months post op the Dr said I was probably going to need scar revision on my right thigh. Now two years later when I want it added in to my upper back lift and brachioplasty he indicated it would make it worse. Also two much fat was removed. He was to fill in the pocket but it didn't work. I have loose skin on my right thigh. I have lost more weight but my Left thigh is okay. My surgeon indicated that he couldn't run the cut down to the knee and that my right leg had probably been bigger than my left hense more loose skin on the right side. I am not happy and want it to look better.

First off, congratulations on your weight loss! That is awesome. Based on the information your provided, your BMI is 19.1. With that is mind, I think you are correct in saying that what you are seeing is mostly "loose skin" and not a significant excess of underlying subcutaneous or fatty tissue....
