Do I have too much eye lid exposure? Eye lid ptosis? What bc I do to improve my overall appearance ? Just had a revision rhinoplasty. Love the results ! But I feel like my eye area looks old and bug eyed . Thank in advance!

You have an innie eyelid with ptosis. With your rhinoplasty pictures, you posted a before picture with less ptosis and an actual upper eyelid fold. Swelling from surgery can contribute to the upper eyelid ptosis. These changes are often permanent. Most eyelid specialist you will see will offer you so-called scarless upper eyelid ptosis surgery which is also know as a Mueller's muscle conjunctival resection ptosis surgery or Muellerectomy. This surgery will not be right for you. You have a central anterior levator disinsertion. You need anterior levator resection ptosis surgery with crease lowering. This raises the upper eyelid, reduces the platform show, and facilitates relaxation of the compensatory eyebrow elevation. Your eyes can be your best feature.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. From one of your photos it appears you do have ptosis of one eyelid. This should be confirmed by a board certified oculoplastic surgeon. Several treatments exist for this problem. Good luck!
