Not quite sure if right eye is now too big or left eye is now droopy? (Photos)

Now ptosis or eyelid retraction. My Problem was that my left Eye was too open. Except for when I was very tired / sleepy than it was looking like a ptosis. I had surgery on my lower eyelids cause I had visible scleral show. They used the transconjunctival technique for that. After that my eyes looked a little better but my left eye was still open at the upper lid. So in October 2021 I got surgery to fix my left upper eyelid. Now I’m not quite sure if my right eye is now too big or my left eye is now droopy. (Or swollen)
