I was so flat after breast feeding that I didn't notice asymmetry before surgery but I'm freaking out now. I had 375 ccs mod plus, smooth round silicone placed under the muscle. What you can't really tell from the pic is that the one that is more rounded is also a lot fuller, firmer, lower and higher. The one that has more angles to it is smaller, softer and the scar along the bottom is straight compared to the rounded scar on the other side. I feel like 2 different implants were placed.

Answer: 7 days post-op. Freaking out. Any suggestions? (photos)
Your question is not silly. Please call your plastic surgeon for advice because each surgeon would manage this differently. At a minimum I would suggest that you be treated with an antiviral such as acyclovir.
I would not use this silicone strips as long as there is suture material poking out of the skin. If you have dissolvable sutures still present see your plastic surgeon to remove them.
Your choice of 325 cc moderate plus is a reasonable size for a nice full yet natural look.Understand that complications increased with breast implants for larger than 350 cc. My concern is a 375 cc high profile could give you the "yikes".
