7 days post-op. Freaking out. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your question and photos.  Seven days is much too soon to judge your final result of your breast augmentation surgery.  Often there is still some swelling and sometimes one breast will fall into the pocket a little earlier than the other. There is also always a bit of asymmetry in natural breasts, and it is not unusual to have some asymmetry following breast augmentation. Please be patient and give it some time, talk to your plastic surgeon at your next appointment if you still have concerns. Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your question. This soon after surgery you are likely still swollen. I would continue to be patient. If you have any concerns I would follow up with your surgeon.
