Question

I’m 2y post op BBL almost 3y, I got smart lipo done and was left with very un even skin tone, I don’t know if I was burnt or what but it even hurts when I do certain movements. How do I fix this? Also my stomach is very lumpy and uneven, I’m 22y old and can’t even wear a bikini because my back/sides/& stomach looks horrible!

Hi and welcome to our forum!
I'm sorry to hear of your complications persisting 3 years after liposuction. Bruising after liposuction will usually resolve within  3-4 weeks, but if iron pigment deposition (from the iron in the blood)  persists, it can cause pigmentary disturbance. Thermal damage to the skin surface from the laser can alter skin color. 
Treatment of color alteration usually consists of "tincture of time", as these color disturbances usually fade significantly with the passage of time. However, in your case, the color discrepancy persists after 3 years.  Topical skin bleaches are available but are not very effective or long lasting. Intravenous glutathione administration also will lessen pigmentary disturbances but are also only short acting (~ 6 months). One may consider laser ablation of the discolored areas.
Residual lumpiness may represent residual fat or scar accumulation and may respond to small cannula liposuction.
I recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with considerable laser experience.
