If you get Cool sculpting on your double chin, how long does the end results last?

CoolSculpting is a great treatment because it kills fat cells permanently. Results are essentially permanent as long as you maintain your overall weight. You will of course continue to age as normal and might find that eventually the skin under the chin will become more lax - as it would regardless of whether or not you had CoolSculpting - but the pocket of fat in the double chin would essentially be reduced for good.

Much like CoolSculpting done on other areas of the body, results to the double chin can be permanent as long as you maintain a healthy diet and an active lifestyle and don't gain too much weight. Most people need 2-3 treatments to the double chin for the best results. Best wishes.

The results are permanent. Having said that however, I am preferring Kybella for double chin fat removal. I like the results - they are consistent and the cost is in line with Coolsculpting. 

The area below the chin on the forward neck holds fat deposits that don't tend to respond to diet and exercise the way fat around the stomach acts.  Once the fat is reduced with CoolMini, the applicator of CoolSculpting, by its freezing technique that kills those fat cells, the fat tends to remain gone. Thank you for this question which is asked by a lot of people.  CoolSculpting is an excellent treatment and the results are long lasting.  For treating double fat in the submental area under the chin, we use a special applicator called CoolMini which has been designed and shaped specifically for use under the chin.   
Once the fat cells have been destroyed they are gone and do not return.  New fat cells may of course form but the ones that were there at the time of treatment have been permanently destroyed.  It is then down to the individual to keep up the good work by following a balanced diet and exercise regime.  I hope this has been helpful.  Best wishes, Dr Haus, London.   

Once the fat cells are dead they will not come back. However, there is always fat cells in the area and those cells can swell if you have significant weight gain.  The best way to maintain results is to maintain your weight through health lifestyle choices.  Please see and experienced physician to discuss your treatment options.  Good luck with your treatment.

The results from CS are permanent and the fact should not come back in this area. Of course, most people need more than one treatment session depending on the amount of fat under the chin.
