Hello, hope you are well. I think you would get a good result with the plan that was outlined by your surgeon. Some of the fullness under the chin is also likely from musculature (anterior digastric muscles) and deep subplatysmal fat. If that's the case, a neck lift with a small incision under the chin would be required to get the best contour possible. A physical exam would be needed to differentiate how much of the fat is subcutaneous (superficial) versus subplatysmal (deep). Good luck!

I think that it is possible that you could obtain a good result with liposuction under your chin and FaceTite, but I also think that it is possible that just liposuction alone could give you a good result. The skin normally will re-contour after liposuction and this may be enough to give you the result you are looking for.
