 The cost of a rhinoplasty is directly related to the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in the operating room, time under anesthesia, and the surgeon's professional fee for performing the rhinoplasty. To straighten a crooked nose requires osteotomies placed in the nasal bones, and sometimes a cartilaginous spreader graft placed underneath a concave upper lateral cartilage  in the mid-portion of the nose.  Hi, based upon the attached photos your nose is C-shaped, the nasal bones deviated to the left and a wide nasal tip.  Closed Rhinoplasty can make the nose straighter by breaking the bones.  If you wanted the tip refined that could be done as well or you could choose to leave the tip as is.  For a Rhinoplasty to break and shift the nasal bones and reduce any deviated cartilage along the dorsum the cost can range from $6,000 - $7,500.  Hope this helps.
