I don't really have any actual "problems" with my nose aside from the fact that it's crooked. I'm honestly happy with the shape of it. Nothing about it really bothers me, but my nose is so crooked that it makes my entire face look EXTREMELY asymmetric and it's making it really difficult to find confidence. I've had surgery to repair my deviated septum so I'm open to another surgery. I just need to know a price range. The rest of my face is crooked as well but not enough to bother me.

It is unlikely that the third molar removal had anything to do with your nasal swelling unless there was trauma to the nose during treatment which would be very unusual. The bleeding could have been from the sinuses which are in close proximity to the upper wisdom teeth. Good luck....
