Could filler for inner cheeks fix my creases/hollows?

Fillers or fat may help these regions. Seeing a qualified provider will allow you to get a detailed exam and then to discuss your treatment options. However, if there is truly volume loss in the areas you describe then fillers should correct it. 

Symmetry and volume of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

It is difficult to make an accurate assessment and recommendations based on photographs alone. I recommend you seek an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon who can perform a thorough examination and discuss with you the treatment options that will best meet your goals. Filler injections are a reasonable option for helping to restore volume and/or filling in creases in the midface area. An experienced injector will also recognize the limitation of filler in this area as well, as overtreatment of a crease or fold that becomes accentuated with movement may produce a poor aesthetic result.

Hello and thank you for your question. I like using Juvederm fillers for filling the face since it is easily reversible if needed and safe. However these injections are tricky. Make sure you see an experienced physician who is well aware of the intricate anatomy of the face.

It can be hard to make a specific recommendation just from a couple of photos. A in-person consultation and physical will be helpful in formulating a good overall plan to address your concerns. It is a little hard to tell from the picture, but it appears that the area of volume loss is just a little lower than a traditional tear trough deformity.  Regardless, areas of volume loss tend to respond very well to volume augmentation with hyaluronic acid base fillers.  The choice of filler will depend on whether deeper placement of the product or more superficial augmentation is necessary.  Again this is hard to tell from the picture.  Usually Voluma is good for augmenting deeper areas of volume loss and thinner fillers like the Vollure/Volbella work well for more superficial augmentation.  Of course there are analogous Restylane products which can be used as well.  Either one or a combination of two products may be needed for optimal augmentation.  I recommend finding an injector in your area and have an in person evaluation to better determine the product needed.  I hope this helps, good luck!!

It's hard to tell based on the these photos which are limited. In general, hyaluronic acid based fillers like Restylane can be used to treat undereye volume loss and dark circles related to this volume loss. I recommend you schedule an in person consultation with a local aesthetic physician to determine if you are a good candidate for treatment.

Fillers can certainly soften this area, called the nasojugal groove.  Due to facial movement, however, you will likely still see some of this groove when smiling.  A product such as Restylane Defyne, should do a good job in filling and softening this area, however.

By looking at your very limited photograph that you have submitted, it looks as if you had a filler placed in the tear trough area. I would try to submit better quality photographs or have an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon like myself. Good luck from New York City
