So unhappy with my genioplasty results. Is it possible to shave it down and get a chin implant instead?

Gentle931223
The genioplasty of 5mm forward gave me an oblong/oval and long face shape and an ugly deep mentolabial fold , which I'm really unhappy about. I would like a reversal but I'm scared of the skin laxity or fullness it can give you from what I've heard online. I don't think I would like to get another genioplasty,. I wonder if it's possible to shave the bone down and place a chin implant on top. I would be so happy if I could get more proyection since I think the augmentation I had was somewhat modest, it just eneded adding length to my face and changing the shape. . Is shaving down the bone and replacing the genioplasty with an implant something possible ? Would it be something as invasive and with a long recovery as my genioplasty?
