Is antiseptic (hibiscrub) wash safe to use after hair transplant?

I recently had a hair transplant and the day after I suffered from some superficial pustules which were cleaned up at the surgery. I was told to use antiseptic wash (I suspect it is hibiscrub) twice a day instead of baby shampoo. Is this safe or is it too harsh? Would I have killed the hair follicles using antiseptic wash on my scalp so soon after (day after) my hair transplant?

Answer: If you read the fine print of Hibiscrub or Hibiclean, I believe it says do not use on hair or scalp. If you are concerned
