Thank you for your question. It is very common after a BBL procedure that the appearance of cellulite is more pronounced. Currently, a few treatments are available for cellulite and it is best to speak with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who is experienced with these treatments. 

Butt Enhancement pills and Creams may be safe or legal but they don't work. Save your money, no creams, lotions, pills, saves, or oils will make you buttocks look bigger. Implants or fat transfer are the best way to go . See below links for more info.
