Large pimples 2 weeks after BBL (Photo)

My ps injected fat on my celulitis areas. It wasn't a full bbl. I'm over 2 weeks PO and noticed a large bump on my buttocks. Is this an infection?

BBL's do  not get rid of cellulite. In some patients it may become more pronounced. I have not been overly impressed with cellulite reduction procedures or machines.
