Hi,Non-surgical treatments (everything you listed) will yield unsatisfactory results and essentially be a waste of money. Liposuction is a great option for the neck and will add some definition to the jawline; although it will have a more limited effect on the jowls.Best,

hstephuk81.  Sorry, but by far the best option for you is micro liposuction.  A board certified plastic surgeon can expertly contour your neck and jaw line. Any of the fat dissolving injections do not allow such control and results take at least 6 to 8 months to be realized. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore the best options for you. Good luck.

This needs an in-person evaluation, but you appear to be a candidate for liposuction. I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin and can be used to slim the face in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting. Hi and thanks for your question and photos. You look to be quite young, and perhaps not a fan of invasive procedures. The VASER system would give the biggest bang for your buck. But mesotherapy along the lines of what you've found out yourself using bile acid injection such as phosphitidyl inositol (BelKyra/Kybella) or phosphitidal choline (Aqualyx), will be effective and most likely cheaper if you shop around to various board certified plastic surgeons' offices. Injectables (such as Aqualyx), non-invasive fat treatments (such as CoolSculpting), and liposuction with small cannulas can all be effective treatments with the proper patient selection. 
I would recommend having an in-person consultation with a well-certified Plastic Surgeon in your area. They will best know the treatment options available to you, and the local costs. Best of luck!

Kybella is a great FDA approved injectable treatment option for the submental fat (fat below the chin). However, several treatment sessions (2-4) using multiple vials per session will be required. Alternatively, you could consider surgical liposuction. CoolSculpting and Sculpture are also used for submental fat. 

 More information is needed such as your age and what the status of your skin tone in your neck is. The fatty deposits in the neck can be located above and below the muscle which require surgery to remove the component below the muscle. Simply liposuction can remove the fatty deposits above the platysma muscle, while a necklift is required to remove both. A platysma plasty will be required when the sub- Platysma fat is removed. If the skintone is poor in the neck, skin removal will be required.

If the ultimate goal is "all fat is gone and a well-defined jaw" you are probably looking at the minimum at liposuction procedure.
Fat dissolving injections work well for a smaller localised pockets of fat. PDO threads are good for skin tightening, and non-invasive skin tightening procedures could be used as a support treatment after the fat has been removed/dissolved.
It is advisable to schedule consultation with at least two experienced board-certified doctors in your area to help you decide which treatment option is the best for you.
