Sensation issues after labiaplasty and CHR

I had my labiaplasty/ chr 6 months ago. My surgeon hasn’t been helpful since post surgery. I can still orgasm but I never get the urge to and touching myself doesn’t feel as nice. The tip of my clot feels numb but if i pull my hood back I can feel it more. She removed my frenlum which makes me sad because I know how important that is. Will my sensation ever improve or go back to how it was. Is there anything I can do to help it return.
