I'm sorry to hear that you are not fully happy with your labiaplasty results.

There may be a way to add filler or Bellafill (longer-lasting collagen stimulating) or perform Fat Transfer procedure to both labia minora to help restore the volume lost.

I would definitely discuss your questions and concerns with your Plastic Surgeon or a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in Labiaplasty procedures.

Fat grafting can plump up the labia minora, making it more prominent and smoothing out wrinkles. Currently, this tends to be the most effective method.

My labia minora were overexcised during a wedge labiaplasty. They're now small and thin but there is tissue there. Can inserting filler/fat/PRP into the labia minora help to expand the tissue and improve the quality of that skin? Are there alternative ways to expand the existing labial tissue or is grafting the only real option?
