I would first suggest getting an ultrasound to check for fluid. Once your have reached your goal weight, then a revision can be done. If fluid is present, it will need to be drained and the walls of the cavity removed.

I recommend an ultrasound scan of the lower abdomen. It would help determine the cause of the swelling (edema, fibrosis, or seroma remnants). Based on the ultrasound results, a revision surgery can be planned.

If you are continuing to lose weight you will want to reach your goal weight and be able to maintain it before proceeding with a revision. This will give your surgeon the opportunity to optimize your results, including improving the contour that concerns you.
