I recommend an ultrasound scan of the lower abdomen. It would help determine the cause of the swelling (edema, fibrosis, or seroma remnants). Based on the ultrasound results, a revision surgery can be planned.

Since you are still losing weight it would be best to wait until your weight stabilize before considering next step, surgical revision. You may need a fleir de lis type of skin excision to get the best possible abdominal skin tightening. Good luck.

I would first suggest getting an ultrasound to check for fluid. Once your have reached your goal weight, then a revision can be done. If fluid is present, it will need to be drained and the walls of the cavity removed.
