Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos and information you provided.Your nose tip looks too pointy and your nostrils are too close. From front it gives a weird look, like your tip and nostrils are appart. I would recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery (open, with close method it is not possible to fix it).You will most probably need cartilage from rib for a good reconstruction.
