Revision rhino to reduce alar crease? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty 12 years ago but recently started noticing that there Are shadows/ prominent alar creases which I hate! Is there a way to get it fixed surgically or non-surgically with filler? If surgically can it be done with a closed rhinoplasty?

Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos and information you provided.Your nose tip looks too pointy and your nostrils are too close. From front it gives a weird look, like your tip and nostrils are appart. I would recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery (open, with close method it is not possible to fix it).You will most probably need cartilage from rib for a good reconstruction.
