Nose Cartilage Fracture Help? (photo)

   Nasal trauma can cause a variety of issues in the nose such as fractured nasal bones, fractured cartilage, and inward displacement of the upper lateral cartilages. A deviated septum can also result from a fracture of the septum on the inside of the nose. This will need to be evaluated by an experienced nasal surgeon( double board-certified ENT/  facial plastic surgeon) to determine what if anything will be required to straighten the internal and external portion of the nose. Osteotomies are required to reset the nasal bones and spreader grafts are usually placed  underneath the upper lateral cartilage area that is depressed.
