Does my chin have ptosis? What surgery should I go for to fix this? (Photo)

Hi I was wondering if my chin was ptosis or not it really impacts my self of steam and curious to what surgery it would be that I should go for to fix this and roughly the cost of it I know every person is different so cost will vary. Estimate cost is appreciated. It sticks out more when I smile I wasn't sure if my teeth could be the reason they're slightly crowded as shown in one of the pictures. Thank you=) (19 Female)
