Anytime i smile my chin is sticking out or protruding and it makes my smile really ugly or just not appealing to look at and i always hated it, im also worried that if i lose fat on m face then it will be visible even when im not smiling. I wanna know if theres anything i can do about it to make it look normal and round not sticking out when smiling or other times.

Providing that you do not have significant issues with the bite both genioplasty and chin augmentation with implant are good options. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon expert in chin augmentation will help. Good luck.
I advise a CT to determine the required length and horizontal projection. There are certain normal distances that can be used to help decide the amount of length. For example, the distance from the inferior most aspect of your chin to the tip of your lower incisors should be 42-44 mm. Any amount...
I recommend jaw surgery when there is a functional deformity (difficulty eating/chewing food). Otherwise, a sliding genioplasty or chin implant. With small horizontal movements, a chin implant is easiest.
