Is a 5mm horizontal chin lengthening enough? (Photo)

I advise a CT to determine the required length and horizontal projection. There are certain normal distances that can be used to help decide the amount of length. For example, the distance from the inferior most aspect of your chin to the tip of your lower incisors should be 42-44 mm. Any amount less than that would be the amount of length that can be added in the vertical dimension.
