Hello. I already removed buccal fat two years ago. But ı have still round face and ı realized that ı also have double chin. What do you recommend me for getting rid of double chin and slimming my face? I heard about lipo but it takes so long downtime.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Hello, hope you are well. There are many options for face and neck contouring, but it is difficult to give you a best recommendation based on these photos that you have shared. (For example, your 'double chin' is not visible in either photo). A straight on A-P and profile views would help to assess your anatomy. Underneath the skin, the fat, muscle and bone can be remodeled to help slim the face, but I would suggest an in-person consultation to determine the next best step.

Each individual person’s facial appearance is primarily based on their bone structure. Soft tissue coverage chance to be far more consistent from person to person. 
Which gives people a unique individual appearance is far more related to bone structure, and that is where a good assessment needs to start.
Soft tissue manipulation can improve peoples appearance, but is going to be limited when the primary issue is related to bone structure.
Expect different providers to have different opinions. Plastic surgeons tend to see things from a soft tissue perspective based on their training and most of the procedures that they learn from their training.
Craniofacial surgeons tend to see things more from the skeletal perspective. 
To get an accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options I suggest having multiple in person, consultations with plastic surgeons, and you may want to consider consulting with oral surgeons as well.
