5 years Post and Chin Lipo Didnt Work?

I had chin lipo done around 5 years ago.. I am not over weight and in good shape but all my family has double chins. I was fed up with chin exercises etc. I went to a very famous plastic surgeon in Irvine CA. I saved up for over a year and it was around 4,000. He did the lipo and was going to put in a chin transplant but stopped once he did the lipo because he said I did not need one. I went back a couple months later and I hardly noticed any difference. Do i need a neck lift?

          Lumps and bumps take 3 to 6 months to resolve.  The more fat that was suctioned the longer it will take to resolve.  Keep the faith.
