I feel like the front profile of my face is very wide and very round. Will a chin implant give the lower half of my face a more angular look and make it look slimmer? I don't mean slimmer as in fat. I've had buccal fat removal and it's not like I need to have fat removed. Just the bone structure is wide.

While some chin implant procedures do tend to cause a small amount of bone erosion, the amount of erosion is usually only a few millimeters over time. The implant can always be removed later in life if so desired. It will not really affect the long term results.
Hi, you may want to first try some dermal filler to the chin and posterior (back) portion of the jaw line. Jaw implants have numerous unwanted side effects are the procedure is quite invasive. Hope this helps.
It does appear that your chin is slightly retrusive to the rest of your facial features. An acceptable alternative would be to place a small silastic chin implant over the mandible through a submental incision. This can be done even after you have had the double jaw surgery.
