I’m 5’6 122lb bra band / rib cage 30” bust with push up padded bra 34.5” waist 25.5 lift is anchor - areola raising 3cm base of anchor 9cm breast width 14cm pinch test current tissue 3cm currently full 34c that’s padded and pushed up if you push the bra it’s empty nothing there I have no upper pole I do not want fake or augmented look - I do not want to get larger than that 34.5 -35” bust surgeon uses motiva implants Not doing ergonomic because of potential rippling - Over the muscle placement Matrix mesh being used . I want a restored volume not bigger Looking at 275cc or 290 cc mini motiva - 12.0-12.25cm both 2.9cm projection ? Thoughts ? Too narrow , i couod go more narrow ?

Your breasts are very low on your chest wall. The most important thing for you to consider is a breast lift. The technique I recommend is the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Based on the information you provided I believe both of these implants are reasonable options for you. When performing an anchor lift, the base width of the breast will decrease slightly thus allowing your to select a slightly smaller impalnt. 
The most important thing is to ensure you're comfortable with the surgeon and confident in their guidance of implant size and outcome.
