Should I do a bleph or bleph + temporal brow lift or bleph + endoscopic browlift? (Photo)

- Not sure if my hooded eyes are being caused by me having heavy brows or having heavy/puffy eyelids which is why idk which surgery to do. - I like the position of my eyebrows however my right eyebrow is much lower than my left. It is also much more hooded.. - i like the shape of my eyebrows especially the left one so i want the shape to remain the same post op the lift . - my forehead is pretty small. will this make it even smaller with the eyebrow lift? Last pic is the result i want

The upper eyelid margin gets bilateral innervation from the brainstem but the eyebrows get separate unilateral innervation. This makes sorting out the effects of surgery less than straight forward. Removing upper eyelid skin (blepharoplasty) often stimulates the brow on the same side to relax...

In my opinion, this was the wrong surgery for your issue. You had very subtle ptosis and a relatively symmetric lid margin position. Your principle pre-operative issue is the brow asymmetry and the loss of the upper eyelid fold volume. What is really going on here is central levator partial...
