Should I do a bleph or bleph + temporal brow lift or bleph + endoscopic browlift? (Photo)

- Not sure if my hooded eyes are being caused by me having heavy brows or having heavy/puffy eyelids which is why idk which surgery to do. - I like the position of my eyebrows however my right eyebrow is much lower than my left. It is also much more hooded.. - i like the shape of my eyebrows especially the left one so i want the shape to remain the same post op the lift . - my forehead is pretty small. will this make it even smaller with the eyebrow lift?
