36 yo, collapsing cheek. What can be done? (photo)

Question

I’m 36 yo and my right cheek wrinkles like that when I smile, making my face look old and sunken. I even try to avoid smiling because of this. What’s the best solution to give my cheek some volume and make it look rounder and more compact? I don’t know if I should try the new generation poly-d-l-lactic acid, a simple lipo-filling, a soft hyaluronic acid injection, or even the Morpheus.

Hello Gdav,
I believe that a combination treatment would be excellent for your concerns.  I would treat you with Sculptra, Profound RF, and perhaps Medi-Inject (a mixture of SkinVive HA, your PRP, vit C, and botox).  We want you to be able to smile.  I would discourage fat transfer and I don't believe that Morpheus will be enough to give you adequate results. A soft HA will give you short lived results. A picture of your cheek when you are not smiling would be very helpful to give you the best advice.  Assuming that there is some volume loss in your cheek, this could be improved using dermal fillers.  There are a variety that could be used in the cheek area.  It is difficult to tell if Morpheus would be beneficial to you or not.  This treatment would help to tighten the skin, but if the main issue is volume loss, then Morpheus would most likely not provide any benefit.
