Hi, I have crepe-like skin on my belly after pregnancy. I wanted to address the issue with Micro-needling RF plus Sculptra and alternate these treatments(having at least 2 of each). Does it make sense to have Microneedling RF without Sculptra? Would it still make a noticeable difference? I'm 33 y.o. and the skin is sagging but not much. Thanks! `

Answer: It depends on your anatomy You can get great results with RF results alone, nevertheless it is crucial to design a treatment specifically suited to fulfill your needs and expectations. There are no two patients alike, that's why the individualization of treatments is crucial.

Answer: RF Microneedling for lax skin of the stomach Thanks for your question. Radiofrequency microneedling can be an extremely effective treatment for skin laxity in any body region- providing both surface smoothing and skin tightening. In particular the Morpheus8 has the greatest depth penetration options and even the ability to dissolve residual unwanted fat cells IF that is a goal as well. It is honestly not necessary to combine a Morpheus8 level of treatment with anything injectable in this scenario. Sculptra is a collagen stimulating injectable substance which will result in potentially some increased volume in the treatment zone, which may not be what you are looking for in a region such as the abdomen. If I were looking to tighten skin even more, I would combine Morpheus8 treatment with a session of BodyTite which is another way to deliver RF energy to the skin but requires the insertion of a thin probe underneath the skin. I hope that is helpful to you!
