Parry Romberg syndrome. Is this a result of RF microneedling? (Photo)

I had rf microneedling done 6 months ago, since then my face has severely atrophied. I was wondering if this could be as a result of that still or if it possibly triggered my immune system to cause something more as this seems extreme.
