I’ve had 3 rhinoplasties and a septoplasty before the rhinoplasties. After each rhinoplasty, the left side of the nose lacked cartilage and the right side cartilage had a bump and stuck out too far. I’m 13 months since the third rhinoplasty. The left side of my nose looks better but the rib cartilage sticks out too far. The doc shaved the right side with a needle with local anesthesia but that didn’t help as the bump is too big. What can I do to reduce the bump/cartilage on right side of nose?
