Thanks for your question. While many influencers use photoshop to alter their physique so that they look "perfect", these results may be due to multiple BBLs such as 2 or more rounds. If you're interested in the BBL procedure, I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic
Thank you for your question. Usually these models use lot of photoshop and have couple rounds of surgery to have this final result.Kind regards.-
Thank you for your question about Brazilian Butt Lift and for including pictures.Yes, it is likely possible for you to have a Brazilian Butt Lift; however, it does appear that several of your "wish pictures" have been artificially altered. This can lead to false hope and unrealistic expectations of the results you can expect. To be sure what would be best for you, see two or more board-certified plastic surgeons in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery.I hope this helps
These results are usually a combination of implants and aggressive BBL surgery. Dan Delvecchio is probably the best guy to chase down for this look. It's definitely a personal preference and you need an experienced surgeon to accomplish this safely! Best Wishes!!
Hi Callofbooty1, Thank you for your questions. There are several ways to achieve this look. One thing to be mindful of is that many models photoshop and enhance their pictures. If and when you see a video these tend to be more realistic but not 100% foolproof. Also, to achieve this look many patients will need 2 or 3 rounds of BBL surgery. Only so much fat survives in one surgery. Depending on your starting foundation you may need multiple rounds of fat transfer to achieve these results. Lastly, some of these patients go to other countries for surgery. Some surgeons are better known for drastic results and patients often seek these surgeons out. Some of these "drastic result" surgeons do inject into the gluteus muscle, which we know increases the risk of fat embolism and surgery complications such as death. Dr. Andre P. Dear Callofbooty1,it is hard to tell for sure but these photos look like results after extensive fat transfer. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello, thank you for your question. Many of these ladies have apparently undergone several rounds of BBL or buttock implants. Also keep in mind that photos may be altered. In my personal opinion I do not perform more than two bbl in the same patient. I leave you this link so you know a little more about bbl. And if you are thinking of having bbl always consult with certified plastic surgeons.
No shade to these ladies, some of them just look a little anatomically impossible. However, it's totally realistic if they had a lot of fat grafting or implants. Many places have limits on how much fat can be removed in single operation (I have a 5 liter limit at my practice) for safety. Depending on their starting point, these ladies likely have had multiple operations.
Interesting question. There are a few possibilities. #1. Multiple surgeries, larger operations with many minor touch ups. #2. Photo shopped photos. #3. Illegal injections. I "fix" so many over inflated, too snatched, "botched" patients, that what you wish for is most likely not attainable. Keep looking for the Holy Grail.......
The pictures you shown are at least for a standard deviations from the norm. i’ve been a board-certified plastic surgeon for 22 years and 13 years of medical training. On a typical workday I probably see at least 10 exposed people and then plastic surgery it’s mostly women. i’ve seen some pretty unusual body contours but I don’t think I’ve ever met anybody who looks like the pictures you’ve shown me especially The woman with red shorts which I’m fairly certain has stuffed her shorts with something. Many of the extreme pictures are highly manipulated through Photoshop or other means. you also noticed that in most pictures the legs are crossed which enhances the contour. There are individuals who have obtained quite extreme results I having multiple operations such as gluteal implants with several rounds of fat transfer. more than anything these individuals were born with a genetically determined skeletal structure that is extremely curved. if you follow the course of the spine on these individuals the sacrum makes an extreme turn at the lower back becoming almost horizontal. Most women who have highly curved bodies have this primarily based on skeletal structure. there are also a substantial number of primarily women but also a few men who had illegal silicone injections that can give very dramatic results but is also very dangerous.Trying to convert someone who has a straight spinal cord to look like someone who was born with natural curves will not translate. if someone doesn’t have curves then adding volume by procedures like grafting fat can give some improvements but will eventually not create the same appearance because the foundation of that body shape is skeletal. There is an unfortunate number of women who’ve wanted these type of figures with no shortage of plastic surgeons willing to take their money. We are now more and more seeing patients who regret having asked for extreme results when having gluteal augmentation surgery including multiple rounds of fat transfer or large gluteal implants.Quality plastic surgery starts by recognizing what can and what should be done to stay within appropriate proportions.Permanent irreversible body changing procedures are a bit like getting a facial tattoo. They’ll be visible to the world and one’s done it’s very difficult to reverse the decision. When it comes to both tattoos and extreme cosmetic procedures there’s plenty of regret for both.Find the right plastic surgeon and everything falls into place. Listen to what talented and experienced surgeons recommend. They typically speak from experience.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Thank you for your question. To provide a valid medical opinion I will need to see pictures of you body from different angles. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results. Respectfully, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol...
This is a contour irregularity secondary to likely excessively superficial liposuction in the area. I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner. Best of luck!
Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and...
