My chin needs both vertical and horizontal projection and a lipo, I also have an overbite. Unless I am actively chewing, I have been pushing out my lower jaw. I don't have any discomfort, my reasons are purely aesthetic. Is it possible to achieve the results on the photos with sliding genioplasty/implant + chin lipo only or do I absolutely need a jaw surgery? I am afraid of witch's chin and exacerbating an already deep chin fold. If not genio, what are my options?
