21F, 5’8, 70kg. Weak chin side profile affecting confidence. I’ve had twin blocks, 2 teeth out & braces. Hold fat in that area despite being healthy weight. Saw an ortho recently, he said my bite didn’t fit properly but that it wasn’t too much an issue. Mouth breathe at night due to difficulty breathing in one nostril (getting ENT referral). Have 4mm overjet and bruxism. Can’t afford jaw surgery, but was wandering if a sliding genio would be beneficial? Or should I be trying for NHS jaw surgery?
