Deformed after fat transfer - What options do I have to fix this that will not trigger an infection? (Photo)

Background: I had an infection in my breast that eas resistant to antibiotics that i had to get surgically cleared out. This left an indentation on my chest. Fast forward i got a fat transfer to try to smooth the dent, which triggered another infection, which eas also resistant to antibiotics and i had to get surgically cleared. This has left me with even worse indentations and deformities on my chest. My doctor recommended I not do another fat transfer as the infection is probably still laying dormant in my tissue. What other options do i have to fix this that would not trigger an infection?
